Attention followers of this blog in Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tasmania et al (see map with red dots on right). If you have been looking for an excuse to visit the USA, the forthcoming photos of Crater Lake and vicinity should be motivating. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said of Yosemite, "it's the only place I've ever been that comes up to brag." Proving?--he hadn't been to Crater Lake. If your jaw doesn't drop here, you may be clinically dead.
