Kinetic Sculpture Race, Arcata 5/23/2009
Everything has to be human-powered and capable of floating. Amphibious bicycles. The first test: can they circle and then leave the Arcata Plaza. A few miles down the road comes a harbor crossing, the first of two.
And they're off...
