Railroad station, The Hague

This is my buddy Frans, standing in front of a typical Dutch railroad station. On a rainy day, you would see just as many bikes parked here. Work bikes are typically stored outside, chained to a tree or post near one's front door. They are seldom upgraded and only seem to be repaired when they simply don't go anymore. Most city bikes include a 15 kilo lock and chain combination to discourage thieves.
