This is a rare (in Amsterdam, anyway) NEW work bike. Such bikes are left outside in the weather and used daily--rain or shine, the year round. Most are covered with dents and rust and you see them everywhere--by the thousands. Note the ergonomic riding position with swept back handlebars, which is all too rare here. The fenders, covered rear wheel and heavy duty "work" racks make such a the bike useful in any weather--and for a wide range of jobs.
