You will find lots of practical advice here from a guy who obviously loves touring and knows what he's talking about. I just discovered Bicycle Touring Pro, and have already returned to it a few times. Many bike product links are included, perhaps a bit more advertising than most bike discussion sites. However, some of the links are part of thoughtful discussions, which include mini-reviews and recommendations from Darren himself.
