The Relationship Accelerator

This monster tandem showed up at the Wildflower ride in Chico, Ca. a couple of years ago. At the very least you can expect to climb 1,500 feet to reach the town of Paradise. After 10 am it can get seriously hot, even in April. I've heard Tandems called "relationship accelerators." Within minutes after pushing off on one of these babies you'll know without a shadow of a doubt which way your relationship is headed.

The very harmonious crew was "hydrating" when I took this shot.
